ie. Marine Drive South, Parts of Richmond, UBC, Downtown and up to Boundary Road. (expansion to other regions in the future)
✚ What are the Same Day Delivery Times?
→1-3 Hours within the ordering period. Varies on delivery location.
→ Order placed on the day of open till 11:45am will be scheduled for 12pm - 3pm delivery
→Orders placed AFTER 11:45am will be delivered next day for 'Window A'.

→ Same Day Local Delivery
1) FREE Same Day Delivery for orders over $69 (before taxes)
2) Same Day Delivery. Min order of $22 (before taxes)
3) $8.99 For Orders that do not meet the FREE SDD Criteria.
✚ What do I need to receive my order?
→ SMS updates on delivery status.
→ Please have your Order Receipt (Email) along with Signature and Government ID upon delivery.
→ Please provide contact number & Buzzer number or other information to assist driver with your delivery.
✚ When can I expect my same day delivery order?
→ Orders can be left at business reception or front door, please leave instructions in your checkout message.
→ Using this method, once delivered, Royal Vape Kitsilano is NOT responsible for the package.

✚ Can I edit/add/cancel my order?
→ Once placed you have 30mins to edit / add or cancel the order. If past the 30 min window, there will be a 30% restocking fee for cancelled orders
